Agadir to Sahara Desert Tour – Overview
4-Day Private Desert Trip from Agadir
Our Agadir to Sahara desert tour is a private four-day road trip from the Atlantic coast to the golden dunes of Merzouga. You travel with your own driver-guide in a comfortable car. Along the way, you cross the High Atlas and pass through the most famous kasbah valleys of the south. In addition, you spend a night in a traditional desert camp.

Trip highlights from the coast to the dunes
First, you drive east through Taroudant and the Anti-Atlas to Ouarzazate. Then you stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After that, you follow the Dades Valley and walk into the Todra Gorge. Finally, you ride a camel into the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset.

A night under the Sahara stars
The desert camp is a highlight for most guests. For example, you share a hot dinner, listen to Berber drums and watch the stars from the dunes. Early the next morning, you can climb a dune for the sunrise. Afterwards, the road takes you back west with new views of the mountains and palm groves.
Private, flexible and easy
This trip is fully private. As a result, you choose where to stop for photos, tea or lunch. We can also pick you up at your hotel or at Agadir airport. Want more time in the region? Then see our 5-day Agadir tour as well. Contact us today to check dates and prices.
